Sales Assistant
As part of our strategy for growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a Retail Sales Assistant for our BTI Uniforms Shops.
THE POSITION
The Retail Sales Assistant is responsible to assist in the preparation of orders for our corporate clients and assisting walk-in customers, taking measurements and providing instructions for alterations to our factory team.
He/she will be expected to sell and promote that Company’s products and assist customers with their requirements, answering of calls, collect payments and perform end of day reconciliation and ensure delivery notes are signed.
Requirements
- The selected candidate must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Have a flair for sales and previous experience in retail clothing or uniforms shop.
- He/She must have knowledge of different types of garments and materials, fitting of clothing, recommending and passing instructions for alterations to fit the customers’ requirements.
- Previous experience in a textile manufacturing environment would be ideal, however on the job training will be provided
