Store Manager - VF Group
As part of our strategy for growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a Store Manager
for one of our premium & luxury stores in Malta.

THE POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager for one of our fashion & premium retail stores in Malta.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, staff management, and inventory management.
Additionally, you will oversee the operations of VF Group’s other pop-up shop, ensuring seamless functioning and alignment with company standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support an environment that drives sales by demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Consistently deliver brand-enhancing store standards that create a positive customer experience.
- Support the store in achieving established sales and profit plans.
- Protect company assets and control inventory shrinkage.
- Utilize teamwork to help grow the store and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive sales by understanding and effectively explaining merchandise to customers.
- Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency at the point of sale.
- Hire, train, and coach a store staff of qualified employees.
Requirements
- Excellent selling skills and knowledge of a POS system.
- Experience in retail management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Professional demeanor, dedication, punctuality, and self-motivation.
- Ethical behavior, pride in work quality, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership qualities, operational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- At least one year of previous, job related retail management experience
