As part of our strategy for growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a Store Manager for our BOSS store in St. Julien.
THE POSITION

An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Store Manager for BOSS.
As a key player in our organization, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day operations, leading the retail team not only to meet but exceed store KPIs.
Dive into the art of selling, optimizing sales performance, and crafting an exceptional customer experience both in-store and online.
The Store Manager shall be responsible for the smooth running of the store’s day-to-day operation and provide leadership and assistance to the retail team to ensure overall performance, maximize sales performance, and achieve store KPIs. The Store Manager shall also be responsible for visual merchandising, overall customer experience for both in-store and online customers, scheduling of staff, and the general upkeep of this store, whilst ensuring the store is commercially merchandised, clean, and adequately always manned.
He/she will be expected to represent the brand of BOSS, ensuring the team delivers an excellent customer experience and contribute to the success of our store by selling and promoting our merchandise, assisting customers with their requirements, ensuring the proper care and presentation of our garments, and delivering adherence to Company policies and brand guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive success through proactive sales strategies and the promotion of BOSS merchandise
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, ideally within luxury brands
- Passion for fashion, innate sales flair, and a discerning eye for visual merchandising
- Fluent in English, preferably speaks Maltese, and Italian
- A pulse on the latest fashion trends and technological savvy
- Exceptional leadership, teamworking, and customer care skills
