As a Business Development Executive at EKW, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships for the company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall expansion and success of the organization. You will be an integral part of the sales and marketing team, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and foster long-term customer satisfaction.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the uniform industry, including potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote company products and services, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and demands, and translate these insights into actionable business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry influencers, to expand the company’s network and enhance brand visibility.
- Actively engage in lead generation activities, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to establish a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed sales goals.

- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market analysis, and business development progress to the management team.
- Continuously foster customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service delivery, addressing customer concerns, and managing key accounts effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful business development or sales experience in the uniform industry or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the uniform market, including industry trends, key players, and customer segments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
