Graphic Designer
VF Group, Malta’s leader in the luxury fashion retail, outdoor media, and uniformity business is seeking to recruit an experienced individual in the position of Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis.
THE POSITION
The position calls for a team player who is organised, has a positive outlook and who wishes to grow and develop their career with VF Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and implementation of our brands’ graphic profiles
- Conceptualize and execute visually stunning materials for publication across social media platforms
- Generate innovative and compelling graphic ideas for marketing campaigns and website enhancements
- Design a wide range of assets, including banners, newsletters, packaging, and other marketing collateral
The Company
Our Retail Division represents the major luxury fashion and luggage brands including Hugo Boss, Twinset, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Zegna, Fendi, Moncler, Givenchy, Valentino, Tom Ford, Jimmy Choo, and Samsonite. Whilst, BTI Uniforms Division provides uniforms and workwear to most of its corporate clients and business establishments on the island.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design roles, preferably within a retail or marketing environment
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and IT systems
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with active listening abilities
- Proven track record of taking initiative and thinking creatively to solve design challenges
- Adept at building and maintaining positive relationships with team members and management
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to shifting priorities
