Group Marketing Manager

VF Group, Malta’s leader in the luxury fashion retail, outdoor media and uniformity business is seeking to recruit a Group Marketing Manager to lead the marketing functions within the various divisions within the Group including Fashion Retail and Uniformity divisions.

Our Retail Division represents the major luxury fashion and luggage brands including Hugo Boss, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Zegna, Fendi, Moncler, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Valentino, Tom Ford, Jimmy Choo and Samsonite. Whilst our BTI Uniforms Division provides uniforms and workwear to the majority of its Corporate clients and business establishments on the island.


The selected candidate will contribute to the development, implementation and review of the Group’s Marketing strategy to fulfil the Company’s mission for growth, oversee all marketing operations of the group to ensure all marketing initiatives successful to strengthen the Company’s position as a leader in its market.

The Group Marketing Manager shall also be responsible to drive our digital marketing, eCommerce and creative teams to optimize our Customer Experience, act as a Brand ambassador for our brands and partner with all stakeholders to deliver targeted and engaging campaigns, effective PR and engaging events to increase sales, market share and brand presence.


  • The selected candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position ideally with luxury/premium brands or the fashion retail sector.

  • A creative and commercial mindset with strong analytical skills, together with a relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Commercial or Digital Media.

  • He/She must also have a proven track record of achievement in leading highly dynamic marketing teams, the creative ability and strong business acumen to create engaging marketing campaigns and sound knowledge of marketing, social media tools, e-commerce, public relations and events within a multi-brand environment.

    Interested applicants must also have a flair for fashion and knowledge of luxury brands, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and Italian preferably, a good knowledge of MS Office applications, WordPress and Shopify together with a valid driving license.
