Junior Marketing Executive - BTI Uniforms

As part of our strategy for growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Marketing Executive for our BTI Uniforms Division.

BTI Uniforms is the leader in the provision of uniforms and workwear in Malta, catering for a broad range of corporate entities including catering, hospitality, schools, government entities, hospitals, and various other businesses. 

We provide a vast selection of office and work wear which can be literally, tailormade and customised to our client’s requirements in our manufacturing facility which has been providing made-to-measure tailoring services for the past four decades through our steadfast commitment to finest quality, design and good taste.

THE POSITION

The Junior Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives at BTI Uniforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaign alignment with overall strategies.

Content Assistance:

  • Contribute to the creation of engaging and consistent content across various channels.
  • Ensure messaging adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Social Media Coordination:

  • Support social media management efforts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities.

Data Analysis:

  • Assist in monitoring and analysing key marketing performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

Event Coordination:

  • Support the coordination of marketing events, both online and offline.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
  • Provide insights to contribute to data-driven marketing strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyse key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • A Minimum of Level 3 Diploma in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for marketing with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management.

SKILLS

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit and basic graphic design tools.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop would be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in photography would be an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
