The selected candidate will be responsible for maintenance-related tasks, responsible for swiftly identifying and solving problems to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of facilities, equipment, and systems. They will also be responsible to:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance and preventive maintenance schedule.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and renovation activities for various properties, including offices, manufacturing plants, retail stores, and media facilities.
• Coordinate with property management teams to ensure a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
• Manage maintenance and repair schedules for machinery and equipment in manufacturing plants and other relevant areas.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain critical utilities such as electricity, water, HVAC, and other infrastructure systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices where applicable.
• Swiftly identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to devise effective solutions.
• Makes informed decisions and implements corrective actions to address problems and prevent their recurrence.
• Develops and manages maintenance budgets for each sector, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and safety.
• Sources and evaluate external contractors when necessary, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
• Implements and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all facilities, following local regulations and best practices.
• Conducts regular safety audits and risk assessments, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Responsible to control maintenance costs and obtain quotations for any works required
