Store Keeper

As part of our strategy for growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a Store Keeper to join our Operations team on a full-time basis.

THE POSITION

Reporting to the Head of Logistics the selected candidate will be responsible to perform storekeeping duties, including receiving consignments, scanning and recording in the system, pricing, and organization of deliveries, to our retail outlets and customers.

Our Retail Division represents the major luxury fashion and luggage brands including Hugo Boss, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Zegna, Fendi, Moncler, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Valentino, Tom Ford, Jimmy Choo, and Samsonite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected will also be responsible to:-

  • Prepare, load, transport, and deliver ordered items to clients and ensure collect payments or singed delivery notes where applicable
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
  • Adhere to assigned routes and follows time schedules assigned by superiors.
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure they are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
  • Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies
  • Provide an excellent and efficient services to our customers and retail outlets
  • Abide by all transportation laws to maintain a safe driving record.

Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to management on key performance indicators.

Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication within the warehouse team and collaborate with other departments to meet overall company goals.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by team members.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure that all machinery is in good working order to support smooth operations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position,
  • A valid driving license B
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Maltese, English and preferably Italian.
  • Ability to use computer and ideally having previous experience using Stock & Inventory management system
  • A clean police conduct
  • Be physically fit to carry boxes of up to 20kg
  • A pleasant personality and smart presentation
  • A mature and reliable approach to work
